These are little nipple covers that are always worn for a burlesque performance. A burlesque performer will strip down to her pasties and knickers, so these are an essential part of a performance. The idea is to show as much of the breast as possible without being totally topless.

The size depends on the diameter of your areola (the outter bit of your nipple)as well as how much of your breast you want to show off.
